These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website aurelon.net and the mobile applications, games, and AI tools published by Aurelon Works (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Individual products may include supplementary terms; where they conflict with these Terms, the product-specific terms prevail for that product.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
Some Services allow you to create an account or sign in through a third party. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify support@aurelon.net promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Aurelon Works grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets, except as permitted by law; (b) use the Services to infringe intellectual-property rights, harass others, transmit unlawful content, or distribute malware; (c) attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent security or rate limits; (d) use automated means to scrape or harvest content; (e) misuse AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
5. User content
If a Service allows you to submit content (for example text, images, or feedback), you retain ownership of your content and grant Aurelon Works a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for what you submit and represent that you have the rights to submit it.
6. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Purchases inside our apps and games are sold and processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are governed by their terms in addition to ours. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by the platform that processed your purchase; Aurelon Works cannot directly process refunds for store transactions but will assist where possible.
7. AI features and outputs
AI-generated outputs are produced by statistical models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. You should review outputs before relying on them and should not use AI features to make legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions without independent verification. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI features complies with applicable law.
8. Third-party services
The Services may link to or rely on third-party services such as platform storefronts, identity providers, analytics, advertising networks, and AI model providers. Aurelon Works is not responsible for the availability, terms, or practices of those third parties.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, designs, marks, and content owned by Aurelon Works, are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you. "Aurelon Works" and the Aurelon mark are trademarks of Aurelon Works.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURELON LABS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD 50.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurelon Works from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation poses a risk to other users or the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of Aurelon Works' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain available to you. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that place.
