Aurelon Works("Aurelon"、"我们")尊重您的隐私。本隐私政策说明我们就 aurelon.net 网站及我们发布的移动应用、游戏和 AI 工具(统称"服务")所收集的信息、使用方式以及您的选择。为保持与各应用商店的一致合规,正式文本以英文版本为准;具体产品在数据处理存在重大差异时可能发布补充说明。

1. 您向我们提供的信息

When you contact us at hello@aurelon.net, support@aurelon.net, privacy@aurelon.net or legal@aurelon.net, we receive the email address you write from and the contents of your message. Some Services may let you create an account, save preferences, or submit content; in those cases we receive what you submit. We do not knowingly request sensitive personal data.

2. 自动收集的信息

When you use the Services we automatically receive technical information such as device model, operating system version, language, region, app version, crash and diagnostic data, approximate (IP-based) location, and basic usage events (for example: which screens are opened, in-app purchase outcomes, feature errors). This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

3. 广告与分析标识符

Some Services may use mobile advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA) or platform-provided analytics identifiers to measure usage, attribute installs, and — where applicable — to show non-personalised or, with your consent, personalised advertising. You can reset or limit these identifiers in your device settings, and where consent is required (for example in the EEA, UK or under Apple's App Tracking Transparency), we will request it through the platform's standard prompt before tracking.

4. 应用内购买与订阅

Purchases inside our apps and games are processed by Google Play Billing or Apple's App Store payment system. Aurelon Works does not receive or store full payment card details. We do receive a transaction confirmation, purchase token, product identifier, and (for subscriptions) renewal state, so we can deliver entitlements, prevent fraud, and provide support.

5. AI 功能

Some Services use artificial intelligence to generate responses, summaries, images, or other content. When you use an AI feature, the prompts and content you submit may be sent to Aurelon Works and to vetted third-party model providers solely to produce a response, run safety checks, and improve reliability. We do not use your prompts to train foundation models without your explicit consent. Generated outputs may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for legal, medical, or financial decisions.

We use the information described above to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Services; (b) respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; (c) personalise content and remember preferences; (d) measure performance, debug, and prevent abuse or fraud; (e) comply with legal obligations; and (f) deliver advertising where applicable, in accordance with your consent or the lawful basis available to us.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the Services you use), our legitimate interests (to keep the Services secure, prevent fraud, and improve them), your consent (for analytics or advertising that requires it), and compliance with legal obligations.

8. 信息共享

We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Services — for example cloud hosting, error tracking, analytics, customer support, email delivery, advertising attribution, and AI model providers — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services; (b) authorities or third parties when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Services; and (c) parties to a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, with notice. We do not sell personal information for money.

9. 国际数据传输

Aurelon Works and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect the information.

10. 数据保留

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: account and entitlement data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward; analytics and crash data typically for up to 24 months; support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal requirements. After these periods we delete or anonymise the information.

11. 安全

We use technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, restricted access, and continuous monitoring. No system can be guaranteed completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data we will notify you as required by law.

12. 儿童

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@aurelon.net and we will delete it. Individual products that target children will display a notice and follow the additional rules required by Google Play's Designed for Families and Apple's Kids Category policies, including COPPA where applicable.

13. 您的权利

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the EEA, UK, California, Brazil and other jurisdictions with comparable laws have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@aurelon.net from the address associated with the request. We will respond within the time required by law.

14. 产品级通知

Individual Aurelon apps and games may publish a brief in-product privacy notice when they collect data that is not described here — for example multiplayer features, photo or microphone access, push notifications, or third-party authentication. Where there is a conflict, the product-specific notice prevails for that product.

15. 政策变更

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Services. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
